Title: Dynamics of a body containing a viscous compressible fluid
The presence of a viscous liquid inside a rigid body has a tremendeous effect on its dynamics, especially on a long time behaviour. This has been proven recently by Galdi, Mazzone and Zunino for the case of anincompressible fluid. It turns out that the case of a compressible fluid inside a rigid body is different as the tensor of inertia is influenced by an overall motion of the system. Apart from existence results, a description of omega-limit set of the whole system will be provided in the presented talk. The work was done in collaboration with G. P. Galdi and S. Necasova.
